Hotel O 340 Comfort Hotel

Scary experience. Someone knock the door and try to open it after midnight several times.

The staff is nice and helpful

the aircond is leaking and the room have cockroach

THE DISTANCE TO MY OFFICE WAS NEAR AND THE PRIZE WAS GOOD

A SIMPLE PLACE TO STAY BUT THE PROPERTY OR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LOOKING SCARY AND UNPLEASANT. THE UNIT WAS DUSTY AROUND CURTAIN RAIL, LIGHTS AND CABLES. VERY CHEERLESS PLACE WITHOUT ANY DECO AND NOT COSY

Bad

For the impration at the image look good but when I come to hotel look not the same as a picture. Security of the room is bad , no accescard everybody can barge in the door . Window cannot lock. Bathroom lamps is damage. The sink broken. Old bed. Tv not function . Aircond weak , the smell of the room is not nice, the receptionist not friendly and Very bad quality for the room . never come to this hotel again.

Hotel room so we'll done. Aircon was cool at 12pm. Róom weekdays only

Room no airxon

Nothing is good about this property beside its cheaper.

The mattress will give you back pain, hella dirty 1 week staying No cleaning at all, I even take the broom to clean my own room, no refilling coffee, tissue. The light in the bathroom is so annoying, the aircon is full of dust which showed that hasn’t cleaned for yearsssss

Uncle at the receptionist. Friendly

So smelly make it uncomfortable stay. The toilet are glass and next to the bed. When switch on the light the whole room are bright.

But it's a good place to stay regarding the price. If you just want a place to sleep and bath for affordable price,

The deduction of stars were because of aircond problem around 5 am, waters clogged, there are ants on the bed and around the bed and wifi were slow.

Bad

Have bed bugs and bedsheets were not clean. Recycle bedsheets and blankets. Pillows smelled. Rooms are terrible. Staff not polite.

Poor

room aircond problem, change new room, the room smell bad.

Space was big enough, everything as mention are provided...

The hygiene... The room had some smell, and found crococh in the room

It is not as beautiful as in the photos, there is no water heater for showering, the room still smells bad, and there are a lot of hairs on the sheets??

tatami style and lift access.

small bathroom.

The housekeeping guy has dark humor. After a couple of interaction, find him quite nice. Room was basic but comfortable, especially the tatami style made it more special than other OYO hotels we've previously stayed. There were 2 lighting options, and the room can be bright enough when needed.

The walls are thin, can be noisy when there are guests who talk and laugh loudly at the corridor. Tv remote was not working and only about 2 channels are watchable. No hairdryer. Shower head was a little faulty.

Toilet will a small. After using Bal to wash very difficult.Need any contact number for emergency to call reception.

Price and service at reception is good.

Just the location is convenient for me.

The bed sheet are not clean as per picture, a lots dust and anne on the bed and table. The air condition are not consistent cold.

Consider cheap if for business trip overnight stay only, air con is cold

Rooms is ok, but the bedsheet has many stains, toilet is clean but water cannot go while taking bath, is flooded. The walls of room is bad due to long time moist. Room have moist smell. Only basic facilities. Book through website but need to pay more upon check in. Front staff said is like that. But this is ridiculous. Hope can improve this

Everything ok.. but arrangements toilet fitting not okay for me

Toilet

Space all best.

No water heater for shower.

Location

Very strong cigarette smell and big cockroach in shower!
